What is KOHANA?
KOHANA is a children's clothing brand with bases in Edobori, Osaka and Kichijoji, Tokyo.
Our mission is to "enrich lifestyles through clothing."
"Children's clothes are quickly outgrown, so cheap, disposable items are fine."
To overturn this unfortunate common belief, we create clothes that combine "trendiness" and "attachment" with outstanding cost performance. We want to help families create as many memories as possible. That is the value we aim to provide.
02BACKGROUND
Recruitment Background
Until now, we have grown through the power of our products.
However, to further deepen the brand's penetration, we need to improve the design quality of our products and the power of "physical locations (stores)" where we can meet customers face-to-face and convey our passion.
Stores are not just sales floors. They are "media" where customers can experience the brand's worldview and become fans.
We are looking for core members (full-time and part-time) to further develop our two bases, Osaka and Tokyo, and grow into a brand that can compete globally.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions.

You will be responsible for a wide range of store management tasks, including customer service, sales, numerical management, staff training, and VMD (merchandising).

You will be responsible for all creative aspects, including seasonal product planning, design drawing creation, and specification sheet creation. This job involves combining market trends with KOHANA's unique style.
