Q: I haven't received the item I ordered yet. When will it arrive?
A. Regular items (shipped within 1-3 business days) and pre-order items (shipping estimates are listed on the product detail page) take time to be delivered after you place your order. If you have not received a shipping notification for a regular item, please contact us.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A. Yes, it is possible. There will be an additional wrapping fee. Please contact us for details.
It is planned that wrapped products will be available for purchase on the site from around September 2025.
Q: I would like to cancel my order.
A. After placing an order, we cannot accept cancellations for items that are being ordered.
Q. Can I pay at a convenience store?
A. You can use convenience store payment with deferred payment (Paidy).
Q. I forgot to enter the coupon code. Can I apply it later?
A. Due to system limitations, coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after payment has been completed.
Q. I would like to change my payment method.
A. Please note that you cannot change your payment method after payment has been completed.
Q: The size doesn't fit, so I'd like to exchange it.
A. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size changes, different colors, different images, or different actual measurements.
Q. I would like to return the product.
A. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We will exchange it for a new product.
Q.What days are your business open?
A. Generally, business hours are Monday to Friday (10:00 to 17:00), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Q: I haven't received my order email.
A. Please check your email reception settings and registered email address once again.
Q. Can you ship to Taiwan or Korea?
A. Yes, it is possible. We will ship from our warehouse within 3 business days on average.
