④ Regarding long-term absence and incomplete address
If you are not at home, the shipping company will contact you with a notice of absence. You will then be asked to request redelivery yourself via the notice of absence.
Please note that any items that have been shipped more than 7 days ago will be automatically returned to our Japanese warehouse.
*If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned as the address is unknown.
*Items that have reached the storage period will be disposed of, and we will not be able to reship or provide refunds under any circumstances.
・We have noticed that many customers have left out the address, so please check it when purchasing.
If cancellations due to customer reasons (long-term absence, incorrect address, etc.) continue, we will restrict payment methods. Please be sure to collect your ordered items within the specified period.

*If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered
If the delivered product is found to be defective or is different from the product you ordered, we will either return it or exchange it for the same product, depending on the circumstances.
