Important notice regarding shipping operations

①About departure and arrival period

We have warehouses both overseas and in Japan, and as soon as we receive your order, we will prepare it for order.

Please note that after you place your order, we may cancel your order due to the product being out of stock.

Period from order to delivery

Pre-ordered products: Estimated shipping is listed on the product page (based on business days)

《Items ready to arrive》 At least 2 to 5 business days from the order date

Standard items shipped within 5 business days

*Delivery time may vary depending on order status. Thank you for your understanding. If you are in a hurry, please consider regular items or items that arrive quickly.

(Order date = payment confirmation date. It is not the order date.)

*Both are based on business days. Ordering and shipping operations are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. After shipping is complete, we will notify you of the tracking number to your email address.

Shipping fee is 700 yen except for Okinawa and remote islands.

Shipping fee to Okinawa and remote islands is 1300 yen.

*Even if you order all products except for immediate delivery items and immediate delivery items, the delivery date will be after all items have arrived at the Japan warehouse.

Please note that you cannot select the delivery company.

② If you do not receive the order completion email
There may be an error in the email address you registered when placing your order, or the email may have gone into your spam folder. Please check again.

③About order cancellation
◇ Before ordering
・Orders placed after payment is completed → Cannot be canceled
Convenience store payment Before payment is completed → Cancellation possible

◇After ordering
Cancellations cannot be accepted for items that are currently being ordered.

④About long-term absence/incorrect address

If you are absent, the shipping company will notify you of your absence. Please request redelivery yourself from the notification of absence.

If more than 7 days have passed since the shipping date, the product will be automatically returned to the Japan warehouse.
*If there is an error in the shipping address, the item will be returned to you as the address is unknown.
*Products whose storage period has expired will be discarded, and we will not be able to accept reshipping or refunds under any circumstances.

・There are many instances where the address is omitted, so please check this at the time of purchase.

If cancellations continue due to customer circumstances (long-term absence, incorrect address), we will take measures to restrict payment methods. Please make sure to receive your ordered items within the specified period.

⑤ Regarding inquiries to the shop

For inquiries to our company, please fill out the necessary information from the inquiry form and contact us. We will respond to email inquiries within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that we cannot provide support even if you call us.

! Notes!
1) Our inventory is highly fluid, and there may be times when an item is out of stock or shipped incorrectly after you place an order. In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock or defective in shipping, we will contact you by email.

2) The color of the product may differ from the image depending on indoor settings and light sources. Also, please be aware that the characteristics of each monitor may differ before purchasing.

3) Once the order has been placed, we cannot accept changes in color or size.

・We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as size changes, color, image difference, or actual size difference.

・As this is an overseas product, the size may vary.

・As this is an overseas product, there may be differences between the photo and the fabric material.

・As this is an overseas product, the sewing may be rough. There may be fraying, loose threads, no washing tags, wrinkles, or poorly tamed beads or buttons. Please understand this before purchasing.

・As this is an overseas product, some bottoms such as jeans and denim may not have buttonholes. Please note that in that case, you will be required to drill the holes yourself.

・Products that have odors or stains, have been tried on, or have been washed cannot be exchanged or returned.
・Items cannot be exchanged or returned after 3 days have passed since their arrival.

*If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered.
If the delivered product is found to be defective, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will either return the product or exchange it for the same product.

(Please note that we will not be able to accept returns for defective products if we do not hear from you within 3 days of receiving the product.)

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience (color, size, etc.)
・Products without tags
・Products that have been delivered for more than 3 days
・Products that have been used, repaired, washed, or cleaned
・Products with odors, dirt, or scratches left by the customer

4) We do not accept any changes, additions, or cancellations to products after your order is completed.

5) Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than shipping. Please use it at ease.

Please note that we cannot accept returns (refunds) or exchanges for sale or discounted items.
