Q.I haven't received the item I ordered, when will it arrive?

Excludes immediate products (shipped in 2-5 business days), pre-order items (shipping estimates listed on the product details page), sequentially shipped items (shipping guidelines listed on the product details page), and regular products (shipped within 3 business days) All items take 10-21 business days from order to delivery. If you have not received a shipping notification for an item that is ready to ship, please contact us.
Q.Do you offer gift wrapping?
A.Currently not supported. Please be assured that price tags and delivery notes (invoices) are not included.
Q.I would like to cancel my order.
A. After placing an order: We cannot accept cancellations for items that are currently being ordered.
Q.Can I pay at a convenience store?
A. You can use convenience store payment with deferred payment (Paidy).
Q.I forgot to enter the coupon code. Can I apply it later?
A.Due to system issues, coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after payment has been completed.
Q.I would like to change my payment method.
A. You cannot change the payment method after payment is completed. Please note.
Q.The size doesn't fit so I would like to exchange it.
A.We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as size changes, color, image difference, or actual size difference.
Q.I would like to return the product.
A.For initial defective products, please contact us within 3 days after delivery. We will exchange it for a new product.
Q.What days of the week are your business days?
A. In principle, business days are weekdays from Monday to Friday (10:00 to 17:00), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Q. I haven't received my order email.
A. Please check your email reception settings and registered email address again.

A.Stock items will be shipped within 5 business days.
