All products are inspected one by one at an inspection factory before being shipped from our partner warehouse in Japan. Any items with issues in stitching, size, or material are removed before reaching our customers.
Shipping
Excluding pre-order items, orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are individually listed on each product page. We partner with professional logistics providers to consistently manage packaging and delivery quality.
